Its all about starting with the right frame of mind each day. each day is like a mini life, your life is made up of days, and EACH DAY COUNTS. Just like each breathe counts. We came to this world with a certain number of days and breaths so make the most of each, and dont take not even ONE for granted.
Get up at least 2-3 hours before you start you day. For example If you start your normal day and its activities at 9am or be up at 6/7am.
Ideally you want at least 2 hours to work on yourself each Morning to get the MX6 program with the 6 M's. But of course this is about #1 of the program.
The lazy will not cut this and make it. If one cant commit to at least waking up early and putting in the work ahead of the majority, they have no chance of any success with that mindset.
If you study many of the most productive and successful people they all had one thing in common - they were early risers.
Use this time to Plan or Take MASSiVE ACTiON on your existing tasks.
You will have more ENERGY and MOTiVATiON in the morning following MX6 so make the most of your ENERGY in PRiME TiME
Researchers at the University of Barcelona in Spain compared morning people with evening people (staying awake late at night waking u late - I was one of these for a good chunk of my earlier life so can vouch for the difference). Among the difference they found the morning people are more consistent and resistant to fatigue, frustration and difficulties. Which is basically lower levels of anxiety and depression. and also less likely to become someone who develops an addiction to a substance for example.
TiP: Make a plan for each morning every night before. PLAN what will you specifically do in that time? for example.
Wake up
Shower
10-20 Minutes listen to motivational tracks
10-15 mins Meditate
20-30 mins Exercise
20 minutes reading
10 minutes notes\writing
10-20 Minutes - Mindset work - Visualization, Affirmations NLP etc.
THEN 1hr MASSiVE MORNiNG ACTiON towards your goals.
This could be work related tasks to get ahead for the day or if you run a business this could be business related tasks that you planned day before for example working on producing content or marketing etc.
