WHY do you wake up each morning ready to take the world on?
What drives you to achieve?
WHY do you want to achieve your goals, what will you receive in return?
WHY will you do whatever it takes to make it?
WHAT will help you pick yourself up when your down?
 
Each day I start each morning with at least 20 minutes of Motivational Speeches from Spotify or YouTube search Motivation and you will find lots of audios and videos to listen\watch. I also post Daily Videos on this page, so you can feel free to use these.
I find it also helps to listen to Motivational audio\video throughout the day anytime I feel like I need some MOTiVATiON to pick me up. As your energy and mood will drop throughout the day.
 
A shift in Physiology and Mindset from listening to motivational clips will occur. Also you will release some chemicals in the brian that make you feel awesome!
 
Goals and Objectives without Motivation are not achieved. so if you want to achieve your goals and objectives then start each day with MOTiVATiON and stay Motivated throughout the day. Keep your mind engaged and focused on achievement.
 
The 3 Steps to USE your MOTiVATiON:
1. Activate Motivation
2. Take Massive Action from that state towards your goals.
3. Make it sustainable.
